JD is a Pro. He bonds and truly cares about finding what his clients need. But he'll also cover your 6. In the middle of our home search, my wife ended up on work travel. JD offered to film / photograph houses we were interested in so that my wife could simultaneously virtually tour them with us. When we were going through the actual purchase process, JD was always on top of making sure small things didn't slip through the cracks. He'd fight for me, and most importantly, he was always there to help me scope the size / importance of issues that popped up. The way he authors his contracts saved us at least twice on deals that didn't work out. Like I said... Pro. A+. Would use again.

I started out talking with JD after joining his Facebook group and seeing RV garage homes.
