New lower price on this single level home in Rancho Santa Fe in Avondale. There is a 3 car garage, plus oversized driveway and an 8′ gate and RV parking on the side of the house, which is not very common in this community.(link)

WOW! This house near Stetson Hills has some of the best views I’ve seen lately. I used to live near this house and the mountains are beautiful, I can’t imagine getting to see them from the backyard every day.
