How’s the market?
Rates are still about the same the past couple weeks and I believe that is a good thing. To me, consistency is a signal that rates may stay here for a while. The more they drop in a short period of time, the more likely they are to turn and go back up.
I had a client ask about rates and refinancing. In talking with Aaron at Alliance Mortgage, their rates on an FHA refinance were going to be well below 6%.
If you have good credit, you are likely going to see a rate well below the national averages, which are what is reflected in the graphic.
