Rates are trending down and the consensus is that the Federal Reserve will be reducing the Federal Funds rate in September. Lots of optimism on the future of rates being lower in the coming months.

I’ll have a more detailed breakdown of rates as well as my thoughts on how the next few months may be an opportunity if you’re in the market to purchase a home.
